So you're part of the UK's largest fashion trade event, what now?

Meet the buyers

Moda's unique hosted buyer programme smashed all records last season delivering record numbers of identified key buyers from across the UK and Ireland. This season is no exception; nominate your wishlist of retailers to Visitor Acquisition Manager Timi Tinubu and let our team do the rest. expect to write the orders and open new accounts as the scene is set for another record season.

"Just want to thank you so much for making our Moda experience wonderful! Our accommodation was superb, and the hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly and location was ideal. It was great to arrive fresh and ready to do business at the show. Both of us felt it was really well organized as always and we met with some of our regular suppliers as well as finding a couple new ones. It’s always good to see so many  collections in one place and that really helps with the buying process.Cannot thank you enough!"

Write the business

Over 97% of buyers attending Moda have purchasing responsibility for their store. Return on investment is what Moda is about. Get your season off to a flying start.

"We go to Moda to get 80 per cent of our buying done. I love the show, because I can buy in-season stock as well as forward order and, although some of our regular brands were not showing, we replaced them with those who were exhibiting. We are a small business, and we do not have time to go to Glasgow for an entire day to see a collection. For us, three days at Moda means job done – buying done and dusted."

Promote your brand

Making the most of your three days at Moda starts the minute you sign up. Make sure you put in some ground work and contact your customers to let them know exactly how and where to find you at Moda. Book appointments and brief your team. Let the Moda marketing team help you with pre-show publicity: send in press releases and high quality imagery of your season's collections to Moda's client relationship manager Nina Leith. Follow Moda's social channels and let us know the minute you have news to share - we'll help spread the word.

"The coverage of Geox in the lead up to the show definitely worked across both the advertising and the editorial. People come up and say they have seen the brand on the Moda website or in the Moda magazine, and the only frustrating thing is when we can’t sell to them because we already have a stockist in their area. But we know that the message is getting out to the right people, and we’re meeting them here at Moda."
