
Moda takes place twice a year in February and August. The August event, showcasing spring/summer 14 collections, will take place on 11-13 August 2013. The next autumn/winter show will take place on 16-18 February 2014. The event takes place at the NEC Birmingham.
Moda is the UK’s largest trade show for the fashion industry, aimed at buyers from stores of all sizes across the womenswear, menswear, lingerie & swimwear, footwear and accessories sectors. Entrance to the show is also free of charge to agents and distributors.
Moda plays host to over 1,450 brands across the five Moda shows. A full exhibitor list will be posted online as the show approaches.
By Road: Birmingham is at the hub of the UK motorway network, enabling visitors to travel directly from the M6, M1, M40 and M42. Parking is free and shuttle buses operate between the car parks and the show.
By Rail: The NEC is served by Birmingham International Station, joined to the exhibition centre by a covered walkway. There are direct trains from major cities across the country, including London Euston, which is just 1hr 10mins away.
By Air: Birmingham International Airport is located on the NEC complex and provides scheduled flights from 34 destinations in the UK, US and Europe, including frequent flights from the Republic of Ireland.
The NEC offers free parking for all visitors to Moda. Simply follow the signs for the show on the complex and the parking attendants will point you in the right direction.
Birmingham International Station is located within the NEC complex and is joined to the exhibition halls by a covered walkway.

It’s free to register for trade buyers. For non-trade buyers there is a fee of £10 and for students a fee of £5.
Yes, and there’s no need to complete a separate registration form. Simply fill in your own details and add the names of your colleagues in the appropriate box. You will each then receive an individual badge for the show.
Yes, your badge enables you to attend the show on all three days.
If you have registered and haven’t chosen the ‘e-badge’ option you will receive your badge by post during the two week period immediately prior to the show. In the event that your badge has not arrived, simply bring your email confirmation or the address details of your business and your badge will be printed for you at the reception desk at the entrance to the show.
If you opted to receive an ‘e-badge’ just print off your confirmation email and take it with you to the show. All you need to do then is scan your barcode at the entrance and print out your badge.
The Official Show Guide featuring full listings for all sectors of the show can be purchased on site for £5. You can buy a guide at any of the entrances to the show.
No, there are no childcare facilities. The NEC venue does have baby changing facilities and you can check their website at www.necgroup.co.uk for further details.

Moda offers students a 50 per cent discount on our non-trade entry price of £10. If you’d like to visit Moda, pre-register online choosing the ‘student’ option and you’ll be sent a confirmation email to bring with you to the show. Bring a printout of this email along with your payment of £5 to the reception desk at the entrance to the show and your badge will be printed for you.
Yes. Cloakrooms are clearly signposted and are located in the Atrium area directly outside the Moda halls.
Yes. The on-site wheelchair and mobility scooter hire service at the NEC is operated by Bartrams, whose telephone booking line is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm. A suitable collection point will be arranged when booking.
