WHEN DOES MODA TAKE PLACE?
Moda takes place twice a year, the autumn/winter event showcasing a/w 16 collections will take place on 21 - 23 February 2016 and the next summer event is scheduled to take place between 7-9 August 2016.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING HOURS?
Sunday & Monday 9.30am-6.00pm, Tuesday 9.30am-4.00pm.

WHERE IS IT HELD?
Moda is held at the NEC Birmingham across five halls as follows:

Moda Lingerie & Swimwear: Hall 6
Moda Woman: Hall 19 & 20
Moda Accessories: Hall 19 & 20
Moda Gent: Hall 18 & 19
Moda Footwear: Hall 17 & 18

HOW DO I GET THERE?

WHAT PARKING FACILITIES ARE THERE?
The NEC offers free parking for all visitors to Moda. Simply follow the signs for the show on the complex and the parking attendants will point you in the right direction.

WHAT IS THE NEAREST TRAIN STATION?
Birmingham International Station is located within the NEC complex and is joined to the exhibition halls by a covered walkway.

DOES THE SHOW OFFER A SEMINAR PROGRAMME?
Moda’s seminar programme is an essential part of any visit to the show, with a hand-picked line-up of industry experts addressing some of the hottest topics of the day. All seminars are free of charge – keep checking the website for details of this season's timetable.

WHAT'S ON
As the number one meeting point for the UK fashion industry Moda offers visitors and exhibitors a full programme of events at and around the show.

Catwalk shows throughout the three days showcasing key trends and brands from across the show.

Business focused seminar programme.

After show drinks party and networking event at the close of the show on Sunday, open to all visitors and exhibitors.

Moda Gent Happy Hour sponsored by Skopes Menswear will take place on the Gent plaza from 5pm-6pm on Sunday and Monday.

The Moda Party will take place on Monday evening. This is a ticketed event, to purchase tickets or for more information please contact Grace Marsh on 01484 846069 or via email at grace.marsh@moda-uk.co.uk.

The Intimate Ball, in aid of CoppaFeel! will be launched at the newly opened venue The Vox at Resorts World on Monday evening. The ball is an industry black tie event for Lingerie, Swimwear and Womenswear brands & retailers.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

HOW MUCH IS IT TO REGISTER?
Moda is free to register for trade buyers. For non-trade buyers there is a fee of £10 and for students a fee of £5.

CAN I REGISTER MY COLLEAGUES?
Yes, simply click on the ‘Register a colleague’ link on the registration confirmation page or email once you have registered your details. This will automatically complete some of their contact details on the registration form for you. However, you will need to select their buying details, so please ensure you have these to hand prior to registering anyone else. You will each then receive an individual badge for the show.

ARE BADGES VALID ON ALL THREE DAYS?
Yes, your badge enables you to attend the show on all three days.

I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY BADGE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
If you have registered and haven’t chosen the ‘e-badge’ option you will receive your badge by post during the two week period immediately prior to the show. In the event that your badge has not arrived, simply bring your email confirmation or the address details of your business and your badge will be printed for you at the reception desk at the entrance to the show.

I OPTED FOR AN ‘E-BADGE’ WITH MY REGISTRATION. WHAT HAPPENS?
If you opted to receive an ‘e-badge’ just print off your confirmation email and take it with you to the show. All you need to do then is scan your barcode at the entrance and print out your badge.

I DON’T WANT TO BE CONTACTED AFTER THE EVENT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Every email you receive from us will feature an opt-out link at the bottom which will remove you from our email database. You can use this link at any time.

IS THERE A SHOW GUIDE AVAILABLE ON SITE?
The Official Show Guide featuring full brand listings for all sectors of the show can be picked up at any of the entrances to the show and is free of charge.

WHAT FACILITIES ARE THERE WITHIN THE NEC COMPLEX?

ARE THERE ANY CHILDCARE FACILITIES?
No, there are no childcare facilities. The NEC venue does have baby changing facilities and you can check their website at www.necgroup.co.uk for further details.

IS THERE A CLOAKROOM AT MODA?
Yes. Cloakrooms are clearly signposted and are located in the Atrium area directly outside the Moda halls.

CAN I HIRE A WHEELCHAIR AT MODA?
Yes. The on-site wheelchair and mobility scooter hire service at the NEC is operated by Bartrams, whose telephone booking line is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm.  A suitable collection point will be arranged when booking.

ARE PUSHCHAIRS ALLOWED INTO THE EXHIBITION HALLS?
Yes, pushchairs are allowed throughout all of the Moda shows.
