STOP PRESS: We will also be showcasing our AW16 Collection at MODA. Join us for a sneak peek on stand B20 in Hall 17.

The Healthy Back Bag Company will be launching its SS16 Collection of Healthy Back Bags at MODA, 21-23 Feb 2016 at the NEC, stand B20 in Hall 17.

SS16 sees the launch of the new season Collection of Healthy Back Bags featuring a refined mix of romantic neutrals, cutting-edge design and citrus brights which provides a seasonal update through trend-led colour, pattern and print.

The SS16 Collection has been created around three key seasonal trends:

Summer Romance

Infused sherbet retro pastels offer up a tribute to the romantic 1970’s. Vintage inspired romance influences colour and texture. Soft purples, and cool neutrals dominate to give the Collection a modern twist with a classic palette.

New/Seasonal colours: HBB Microfibre (Lavender Mist), HBB Textured Nylon (Dusty Lilac)

New collections/items: HBB Boucle (Ivory), HBB Tropical Garden (Periwinkle), Poly Large Baglett (Teal)

Industrial Chic

With an architectural inspiration, this theme is both sophisticated and genderless.  Greys and back to basics neutrals take centre stage alongside all things 3-D.

New/Seasonal colours: HBB Microfibre (Shadow Grey, Dune, Grape), HBB Textured Nylon (Pewter, Purple).

New collections/items: HBB Neo Dimensional (Grey and Red)

Tribal Energy

A creative melting pot for ethnic trends results in an intense colour spectrum of botanical prints and patchwork.

New/Seasonal colours: HBB Microfibre (Hot Pink, Mandarin, Navy), HBB Textured Nylon (Blue Night, Very Berry, Teal), Great Outdoors HBB, Tech & Shoulder (Citron)

New collections/items: HBB Tropical Garden Citron, HBB Azteca (Denim Blue, Black), HBB Reversible (Citron, Mandarin), Poly Large Baglett (Navy and Chili)

Key additions to the SS16 Collection include a new Citron colour for the Great Outdoors Collection across all 3 styles within this popular range (tablet friendly HBB’s, Tech and Shoulder) while brand new Neo Dimensional HBB’s make the most of cutting-edge fabrics and printing technology combined with all the back health and organisational benefits of a Healthy Back Bag. Two new suede effect Tropical Garden bags combine the softest of fabrics with everyday wearability and fashion-led colour while Boucle provides a luxury neutral to this season’s backdrop of colour and print.

Priscilla Chase, MD of the Healthy Back Bag Company, comments:  “Our SS16 Collection features trend-led colour combined with hi-tech pattern and print. Our customers tell us how they love our innovation and style and the development of this latest Collection of bags reflects this. From the use of cutting-edge print design through to new materials, we are always looking at ways to add value and interest to our range. We spend time researching international colour trends, fabric technology and design so our seasonal collections benefit from being exactly the right hue, shade and print each season.”

Prices: £22 to £175 RRP

Notes to editors:

The Healthy Back Bag®

Probably the world’s most comfortable bag, Healthy Back Bags were developed specifically to combat the problems of weight stress than can be caused by carrying a single strap bag. The aim: to create a bag that looks fantastic, is comfortable for everyone to wear, and enables you to carry weight safely.

The problem with most bags is that they pull away from the body, causing you to compensate by leaning and twisting. The fact is, the more places a bag touches your body when you wear it, the lighter it feels – it becomes part of you – and this encourages good posture.

The Healthy Back Bag’s unique patented shape contours to your spine, rather than pulling away from your body.  It distributes the weight across your back, rather than pulling down from one point on your shoulder.

There are no rigid bits in or around the bag so it moulds to your shape, rather than working against you. This, combined with a non-slip strap, ensures that the bag both contours to your back and stays on your shoulder, whether you wear it on the shoulder, or cross-body.
