Spend one minute actioning each of the tips below before you get to the show, come and tell us how you got on.
1st minute - Visual Merchandising
Anyone looking at your shop with a fresh pair of eyes is a valuable critique.
ACTION = Ask a friend or family member to walk around your shop with you and ask them to comment as you do. - Take notes, you might be surprised about what things are important to them and what things aren't.
2nd minute - Buying
Aim to cull your stock regularly.
ACTION = Check the lines that continue in the bottom 20% and make the decision to cut one, even if you really love it.
