This season sees Noir exhibitor Ronald Joyce show at its first autumn edition of Moda Woman. Having exhibited at the summer show for many seasons, the established occasionwear label will unveil its a/w 16 collection at the show, as marketing manager Jess Gordon explains.

What prompted your decision to show at the autumn edition of Moda Noir?
Ronald Joyce has had significant success with the latest two seasons of Veni Infantino - our dedicated collection for Mother of the Bride and occasionwear - and we felt that the time is right to launch our newest and most current collection at Moda to reach out to new potential retailers, as well as upholding our commitment to our existing customers.

What’s the story behind Ronald Joyce?
Ronald Joyce began life over 60 years ago as a bridal shop owned by a husband and wife Ronald & Joyce Phillips. They saw an opportunity in the market to create affordable yet designer looking collections not only brides, but also for their mothers. Ronald Joyce opened its first factory in Kentish Town on the back of this dream and has grown organically into the loveable label that you can rely on today.

What sort of presence do you already have in the UK?
The Veni Infantino collection is stocked nationwide in over 100 different stores. This award winning label has received a lot of attention in the past 12 months, and we expect to continue to build upon this with our a/w 16 season.

What’s new for a/w 16?
The new Fall 2016 Veni Infantino collection offers laces, embroidery, Mikado and chiffon fabrics with illusion details and beaded transparencies. Layered colours like Silver and Charcoal, Taupe and Cream and Navy and Ivory make for a refreshing palette, creating a small collection of stylish, contemporary and young social occasionwear.
