Located on the border of Moda Gent and Moda Footwear, Geox is perfectly placed to connect with customers old and new across the sectors. For showroom manager Anna Gazzola, the show has become an integral part of the brand’s wholesale operation, as she explains here.
Q: How was Moda Gent for you this season?
A: We were really pleased with the most recent edition of the show – everything was perfect. A month on, we are satisfied with the results and we can see that we opened new accounts, as well as having a lot of current customers taking the opportunity to come to our stand and see the s/s 18 collection.
Q: What are Geox’s plans for the upcoming a/w 18 season?
A: We have already committed to show at Moda Gent in February, because we think that it is the best fashion fair for the UK & Ireland.
Q: What can buyers expect to see on the stand this time around?
A: That is a surprise! But we do feel that Geox is growing every season and attracting new customers. We attribute this to three key factors; patented technology, quality and Italian design.
Q: What are you hoping to achieve at Moda Gent in February?
A: We are expecting to see more visitors this time around, as the winter show is traditionally busier than its summer counterpart. As always, we are hoping to make new contacts and maximize the potential of Moda Gent. We like the show because all the best footwear and apparel brands show there, and it is held during a key period for sales.
Geox will be back at Moda Gent on 18-20 February next year. To find out more about the brand in the meantime, visit Geox.
