Moda’s Caprice is walking on air

Global footwear label Caprice is walking on air after its best-ever edition of Moda Footwear last month. The brand – which is renowned for its patented onAIR insole technology – enjoyed unprecedented sales during its three days at Moda Footwear, and it’s all down to its unique business model, according to UK country manager Stephen Joseph.

“We are very committed to the independent retail sector,” he says. “We don’t sell directly to the public, we don’t sell to discounters and we offer really high margins to our retail partners. This – along with our excellent comfort and fit – is one of the key elements of the Caprice success story.”

Independent retailers took the opportunity to discover Caprice’s latest styles at Moda Footwear, and three in particular were leading the way for a/w 18;

Giggi Caprice

With its super-shiny patent all-leather finish, Gigi was a winner within the autumn collection. The deep berry shade is the perfect complement to autumn apparel, while remaining neutral enough to be an everyday style throughout the season. Gigi wholesales at £25.50.

Kania Caprice ShoesWith its equestrian influences and super-slim design, Kania is a practical and stylish twist on the classic knee-high boot. The boot features a premium all-leather finish and wholesales at £53.95.

Holy Caprice ShoesThe cool icy tones and shearling lining adds a wintry-cool edge to Caprice’s Holy ankle boot. The sole discreetly adds height without any compromise to comfort, while the lace-up design guarantees all day flexible comfort for the entire winter season. Holy wholesales at £25.50.

Each of Caprice’s styles features the brand’s patented insole. Up to 300 air bubbles ensures a high level of comfort, cushioning and better climate control, while the construction offers better shock absorption for a constant foot massage effect.
