Emreco’s new era

Popular womenswear label Emreco returns to Moda with an effortless range of stylish basics and luxury pieces this season. The long-established brand – which was founded in Glasgow in 1926 – evolves for a/w 17 with draped, fashion-forward garments that incorporate all of the label’s signature hallmarks.

Intricate prints and detailing bring superior textures to life in easy-to-wear, flattering shapes. Fabrications include merino wool blends, soft cottons, refined jersey and lurex yarns, adorned with delicate embellishment and sophisticated features.

Knitwear moves away from being just about jumpers, with beautiful skirts and dresses finished with soft striped detailing, tabard style tunics and reformed long line cardigans leading the way. Shearling coats and gilets crafted from the softest of fabrics represent outerwear, while drapey ponchos beat the bleak midwinter weather with bright knits in key seasonal colours.

Versatile tunic dresses also feature within the latest offer, with an abundance of prints and shapes making for a wide appeal.

“Emreco delivers contemporary and wearable fashion, mixing wardrobe essentials with modern silhouettes,” says managing director Richard Reinhold. “However, our ethos has always been to focus on offering excellent value, quality and outstanding customer service, and we work to maintain these high standards while supporting our network of over 400 independent retailers across the UK.”

Emreco can be found on stand R50.
