Moda Gent is set to inspire the industry for autumn with a host of early signings for its a/w 17 edition. The show – which will return to Birmingham’s NEC on 19-21 February next year – has secured a range of brands across the spectrum of the industry from outdoor lifestyle to classic tailoring.
Brands already confirmed for February include Meyer, Hattric, Geographical Norway, Brook Taverner, Didriksons, Jockey, Baileys, Tom Hagan, Carabou, Ashwood Leather, Tilley Hats, Johnstons of Elgin, Denton Hats and Cyberjammies Man, which enjoyed a successful foray into Gent for the first time last month.
“The initial signings indicate that once again, Moda Gent will offer a diverse line-up of collections across the full spectrum of the industry,” says event director Silvia Collins. “Outdoor Lifestyle will return for its second autumn season following its debut last February, and the area will certainly gather pace for a/w 17 with the addition of further lifestyle labels targeting the fashion conscious outdoor consumer.”
