Leeds rugby star Kevin Sinfield swapped shorts for suits when he visited Skopes’ head office this month. The Super League hero – who is the former England captain as well as one of Leeds Rhinos’ most successful players – met with Skopes’ managing director Simon Cope - pictured left - to select a new wardrobe for his more formal attire off the pitch.
“Kevin’s choices were as sharp as his on-field passing and kick selections,” says Simon Cope. “The Cromwell navy herringbone overcoat with velvet collar and the Anderson air force blue pure new wool flannel three piece suits were just some of the key pieces he picked out.”
Following his visit Kevin was later seen on the BBC coverage of the England v New Zealand match, speaking to sports presented Tanya Arnold and former GB coach Brian Noble in the Skopes Anderson suit.
Sinfield is now working for the RFL as Rugby Director responsible for reviewing and developing a performance strategy for the England National team until the 2021 World Cup.
