Press office facilities
Each season, Moda hosts a press office for all invited journalists where they can gather information on participating brands, sit and plan their day and find out more about what is happening throughout the show. Whilst a number of brands regularly use the press office to display their press packs, a large proportion of those exhibiting do not.
Our recommendations: Prepare a basic press pack containing:
Short news release* detailing anything new and innovative you have in your season's collections
Collections brochure/literature
CD containing high resolution (min 300 dpi) photography of collection
Notes to editors page detailing any further company information, contact details, stand number
Prepare approximately 12 press packs and bring them with you to the NEC. The exact location of the press office will be confirmed on this site ahead of the show. Simply pop down on Sunday 8th or early Monday 9th August and hand your packs to Martin. Your press officer for the show is Martin Wanless.
Important information Exhibitors at Moda Woman, Moda Menswear, Moda Footwear and Moda Accessories may recently have received a letter from “Fair Guide”. ITE Moda Ltd, organiser of the Moda exhibitions, would like to make it clear that they are in no way associated with the “Fair Guide” publication or website. Please see here for further information.
With over 12000 visitors attending each season, Moda provides brands with a unique opportunity to extend their visibility to quality fashion buyers.
